Do you meet with clients prior to the wedding?
We most certainly do! We also believe that this is the one of the most important steps in choosing any of your wedding suppliers.
Furthermore, we always suggest that you make an appointment with us as soon as possible, Meeting, in person allows us to get to know as a couple and address any questions you have, discuss your wedding in detail (every couple is different) and tie-up the final package that suits your wedding and budget.
You are also welcome to do this meeting via video WhatsApp, Zoom or Skype call.
If you are happy with our work and want to secure the date before meeting with us, you are welcome to book us on our smallest package and change the package at a later stage.

Do you supply us with a program for the day?
We supply a standard program with the times we require to ensure that we capture every event without going into overtime. The standard programs are set up in accordance with the seasons and the best time to take photos.
Do you travel?
Yes! We love to travel - We have filmed Weddings in Zanzibar, Swaziland, and just about every corner of South Africa.
How does travel costs work?
Travelling by car:
Our packages include between 100-250 km depending on the package selected, If the total distance exceed the amount of km stipulated in the package, an AA Rate travel fee will be added to the final quote.
Toll fees:Any toll fees incurred on the trip will be for the client's account.
Flights and Car rental: These cost will also be for the client's account.

Will you need accommodation?
Accommodation is required for the safety of our staff, so they are not required to drive home late at night over long distances on dangerous roads.
If your wedding venue is further than 150 km drive from Vlak Vark Productions (Hartbeespoort), accommodation will be required for our tea members based on the selected package, unless other arrangements have been made.
For Destination Weddings further than 300 km from our offices, we will require accommodation for our team for the night before and after the wedding. This will ensure that the team is well rested the day of the wedding, and that there are not any unforeseen, challenges on the wedding day, for instance a flat tyre.

How do we book the wedding date?
A booking is completed once we have as signed contract and an NRA payment.
If we have not received all of the above, the date will remain available to other couples. We work on a first come, first served basis.
Our standard payment option is an R 5 000 NRA (Admin Fee) to secure the wedding date.
For our Photo and video Combo Packages, a NRA payment of R10 000 secures the date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding.
Once a payment is made, please forward the proof of payment to us, and your date will be booked and not available to other couples
