The Engagement shoot is done prior to the wedding, in a location of your choice.

Here you can fill in the gaps, of how you met, and when you fell in LOVE ...

Guys, you can re-enact the day you asked her to marry you, or even ask her on the spot in front of the cameras.

The segment will add that Romantic Movie feel to your Video.

This sample is reserved for the winner of the Expo Competition.

Pre-Wedding Photo Slide Show

This segment consists of a Photo slide show accompanied by appropriate music of the Bride and the Groom prior
to the wedding.

The slide show usually includes:
 - Baby Pictures.
 - Childhood Pictures.
 - Pictures from before you met.
 - Pictures of you as a couple

Tips:

- Both these segment above serves for a great introduction to your video.
 - You can also use these as video invitations for your Guests.
 - The slide show can be used during the reception as a "walk down Memory Lane ..."

The Preparations  ...

The Bride's Preparations

" ... Something borrowed, something blue, something old, something new ..."

Some Brides take this opportunity to show off her sexy side, others have  fun with their bridesmaids and family ...

Tips:

- Consider having 2 pairs of shoes:
    - A pair that is pretty (for the more classic shots) and;
    - a pair that is comfortable for the more difficult photos
 - Use your braids maids to help you, that is what they are there for.
 - Bring the Rings and wedding stationary along for detail shots.
 - Oh yes, and don't forget the Champaign!

The Groom's Preparations

The Final hour ...

Face it, this is the best you and your friends will ever look, so use this opportunity to look sharp.

Tips:

- To add a touch of class, bring some cigars and/or a good bottle of whiskey, your Groomsmen will love it.
 - It is much easier if both the Groom and Bride gets dressed at the same venue ( even better, get dressed on the wedding venue ), this eliminates  valuable travel time, which could have been spent on recording.

The Story of your Big Day ...

The following will be covered:
- The decorations of the Church and the venue.
Tips: have these ready before the wedding starts if possible, this allows us to film them in detail.
- Arrival of the Guests.
Tips: Mark your VIP guests with a flower, especially grandparents, you will thank me later ...
- Arrival of the Groom and the Bride.
- The Bride's entrance.
Tips: -  Walk slowly, take in every moment ...
                 -   Ask the venue staff to close the door behind you, as this will eliminate backlight which spoils the shot.
- The full ceremony including the handing over of the rings.
Tips: - Let the ring bearer move away from you before you start to put on the rings, this will help both the
photographer and videographer to get the best shot.
                 - Take your time to put on the rings!
- The Bride and Groom's exit from the Church.
Tips: Ask the Best man to get you something to drink after the ceremony, believe me, you will be thirsty.
- The Couple Shoot.
Tips: - Go watch some movies, music video or some of my samples on the Blog, I'm always open to new ideas.
                  - Let's plan the shoot properly, we could decide on the music and type of shots beforehand.
                   - Have some refreshments and snacks for your guests while they wait for you, the shoot usually take around
                     an hour
- Interviews with the Guests.

Tips: Give your guests a heads-up, which will give them time to prepare a meaningful message..
- Full reception, including speeches, the first dance, cutting of the cake and flower and guater throw.
        Tips:
  - If possible, seat your parents on the main table; also place the microphone for the speeches close to the main table.
This will ease lighting set - ups.
                  -  Ensure that you have a good MC, as he/she will set the tone for the evening.
                  - Keep the speeches short, yet meaningful.
                   - Remember, as soon as the formalities are done and dusted, you can relax, so get them over with ...

- 3 to 5 songs from the party up to 10 pm
Tips:  - If you're on the dance floor, your guests will follow.
                  - The party is a great way to get your guests on the video, so get them on the dance floor.
                  - Discuss a funky mix of songs with your DJ; this will add verity to your video.
